Lt Gen C P Mohanty, Army Commander, Southern Command visits Bhuj & Rann

AHMEDABAD, FEB 14

Lieutenant General CP Mohanty, AVSM, SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command visited Bhuj Military Station, including Rann and Creek areas, on Thursday, Feb 13, 2020.

In addition to overseeing the operational readiness and military preparedness of the formations and units at the location, he also reviewed the administrative well-being of all military personnel.

The General officer was accompanied by Lieutenant General Anil Puri SM VSM, General Officer Commanding, Konark Corps and Major General Dinesh Shrivastava, General Officer Commanding, Golden Katar Division.

Lieutenant General CP Mohanty also interacted with Army troops and Border Security Force (BSF) deployed in the forward areas and appreciated their hard work and dedication while safeguarding the national borders.
