Mari Selvaraj has few great moments that highlight his prowess
Mari Selvaraj succeeded in giving the audience, a politically correct film. Right from the first frame, the movie has several moments that talk about oppression and social injustice still in vogue among the society in and around Salem. Adhiveeran is teaching two of his students the importance of the fight. He lets them fight and then explains the difference between cowardice and ignorance.
Fahadh Faasil, as an egoistic politician and villain who takes pride in his caste, has portrayed his character well all along the movie. Udhayanidhi’s performance in ‘Maamannan,’ will help project him as the leader he wishes to be. Keerthy Suresh has an evocative role.
AR Rahman composed the music for this rural based content and his Western tunes raise a harmonious voice.
