“Mangoes really get me excited as a chef. Their bright color, smooth texture, and sweet tropical taste spark so many menu ideas. For this season, I brought the mango flavor into all kinds of dishes. You’ll find it in fresh salads like the Mango and Burrata and Mango Mint Salad. It adds bold flavors to savory items like the Mango Rasam and Double Tadka Mango Daal. For desserts we have – the Mango Cannoli, Mango Pot de Creme or Mango Strudel. With this menu, you’ll feel like you’re getting a taste of the tropics.” – the Chef said.
