A delegation Ministers from Tamil Nadu met the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office on Wednesday.
Tamil Nadu Minister for Municipal Administration and Rural Development S.P. Velumani and Fisheries Minister D. Jayakumar has handed over a letter from the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami seeking Andhra Pradesh’s support for the inter-linking of Cauvery-Godavari River Project.

A release from the AP Chief Minister’s Office said that after handing over the letter from Edappadi K.Palaniswami, the two ministers discussed about inter-linking of Cauvery-Godavari Rivers.
The meeting of TN Ministers with Jagan Mohan Reddy took place, barely few hours after the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami announced that he had deputed two senior ministers’ to hand over his letter seeking cooperation of Andhra Pradesh in river linking project at the foundation laying function of the Sarabanga Lift Irrigation Project near Salem on Wednesday.
TN has also sought the appointment of Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao.
