The LIC-authorized van is stationed in different areas of Ahmedabad at pre-decided times aligned with LIC branches and provides another option to policyholders to pay their premium without the need to visit a LIC branch. Moreover, policyholders can also avail of other services such as policy maturity, assistance in the LIC maturity process even without original policy, document submission, completion of the KYC process, and others, instantly.
“The initiative is to make it easier for policyholders to avail of a range of services from LIC. Any policyholder can avail of services at the mobile van.
