To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Human Rights Day-United Nations, the third edition of FMBAF (Film, Media, Business, Academy, Fashion) Global Excellence Awards will be held on Thursday, December 10 at Andheri in Mumbai, its organizers said.
Sharing this news in a virtual media conference, FMBAF Founder Dr Anil Nair Thanmbi, said, “We are organizing the third edition of FMBAF (Film, Media, Business, Academy, Fashion) Global Excellence Awards to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Human Rights Day-United Nations. The main aim of the awards is to cheer achievers in the gloom time of pandemic and to generate the message of peace among the masses. In this live function, we will honour the achievers from the glamour world of film, fashion, academic, business and media. To this list, we have added Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar awards in recognition of their selfless service to the society and strengthening the nation.”
There will be a panel discussion on the topic “Role of science in establishing global peace for sustainable development & to make world strong.” It will be organized in a befitting manner in association with the Diplomatic Mission Global Peace. The event will be graced by International achievers, ambassadors, peacebuilders, film celebrities, dignitaries, and awardees.
Apart from the awards function the Honorary Doctorate Convocation 2020 will be held in association with UN University – USA.
This announcement was made at the virtual press conference which saw the participation of Sanjeev, Founder-Sum Electricals; Quresh Songerwala, Director, Talent Management, Global Artist Managers; Archana Kochar-Fashion Designer; Gujarati film actress Urvashi Solanki; Marathi film actress Pranali Bhalero, and the rising star of Bollywood Ayesha Kapoor.
