The Naval Wives Welfare Association (NWWA), INS Valsura has virtually conducted virtually the Annual General Meeting – 2020 of on Sunday. The proceedings included presentations by core committee members, a showcase of activities conducted during the year, and the release of the association’s bi-annual newsletter ‘Varuni’, says a release.
Sapana Chawla, President NWWA (SR) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest by joining the proceedings through video-conferencing.
Chawla provided valuable insights into health and wellness with emphasis on the ongoing national nutrition week celebrations. She appreciated the contribution of ladies of NWWA (Valsura) in mask-making and other outreach activities carried out during the last few months. She also highlighted the importance of positivity in this time of adversity and inspired all the participants to give their best in all activities. The ladies of NWWA (Valsura) also attended a live meditation capsule.
In her address, President, NWWA Valsura, emphasized the importance of teamwork and expressed her gratitude to all the members for their invaluable contribution in keeping the community together.
