The award was conferred on it in recognition of its commitment towards developing the best in class homes in “The Best Affordable EWS/LIG Housing Project” in Tamil Nadu, for the year 2022. The award was handed over by Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore at a function held in New Delhi. This is for the second time the company has baggged the award in recognition of its efforts to make housing a reality for the common man of Tamil Nadu.
