Chef Kaviraj is a name synonym with excellence and exemplary concepts when it comes to world fusion foods and global gastronomy with a twist of taste.as a part of his long journey he has always strived to achieve perfection in all his endeavours be it having worked with five star hotels, a sky chef with an international airline, been a consultant to several food organisations, educational institutions overseas and in India, his association with television, over 30 plus publications across India and overseas have featured his admirable recipes and thoughts on food & hospitality.
His contribution towards hospitality industry during COVID pandemic times has also been highly appreciated in a number of ways besides other offerings he has also been a mentor, coach, counsellor and also assisted several hundreds of people across the country get back suitable jobs in the industry & sustain their lifestyle.
