OBC leader and Ahmedabad District Congress Committee president Balwantsinh Gadhvi on Thursday filed his nomination as a Congress candidate from Vatwa Assembly constituency in Ahmedabad city, Gujarat.
A large number of his fans and supporters accompanied him as he filed his papers on the last day of filing of nomination forms for the second phase of the Assembly elections.
After filing his papers, Gadhvi said, “This time Congress will wrest Vatwa Assembly constituency from BJP with thumping majority as voters are fed up with the ruling party.”
