In order to offer enhanced services to its corporate clients, public sector insurance major The Oriental Insurance Company Limited has recently established a Corporate Business Office in Ahmedabad.
The Corporate Business Office was inaugurated in the last week of August by Oriental Insurance Chairman cum Managing Director RR Singh, and General Manager Rekha Solanki, says a release.
In his inaugural address, the CMD said, “This Corporate Business Office will cater all services to our Corporate Clients whose premium base is more than Rupees three crore per annum. This will facilitate seamless service from policy issuance to claim settlement under one roof. The Corporate Business Office will provide services to all such clients from the states of Gujarat & Rajasthan. Whereas in other Companies such clients are catered services from Mumbai Offices. This is our customer-centric step for ease of doing business.”
The Corporate Business Office is being headed by Chief Regional Manager Suraj Parihar, who has rich experience and leadership quality to provide excellent services to corporate clients, the statement added.
