iAdopt, in association with Sampoorn, is conducting a pet adoption drive on February 22 and 23 at SANTHE, Kalakshetra Exhibition Grounds. This drive is aimed at homing Indian Mongrel pups, dogs, Indian short haired kittens and cats.
iAdopt, an NGO was started by a handful of like-minded volunteers (aka animal lovers) with the primary objective of rescuing, rehabilitating and finding forever homes for abandoned and homeless dogs, pups, cats and kittens.
This initiative is also supported by Shaggie Pet Shop, Nandanam who will offer a Special 10% discount on all the Pet food products and accessories to families who adopt a pet from iAdopt.
iAdopt’s team has independently homed over 350 pups, kittens and dogs in the last three years. Besides they have also worked closely with other pet adoption groups to help them with their adoption activities, and in educating families on various aspects of maintaining and involving pets, a release from the organisation said.
