Shyam Taneja, Founder of I CAN I WILL Foundation shared, “Our world is going through an unprecedented time. This pandemic has not only posed a health emergency but also an economic embargo in the entire world. Lockdowns were announced in many countries, including India. This meant people having to spend their entire time at home, not able to follow their routine. This could create a sense of anxiety and depression. At this important time, we thought of the future ahead and wanted all our leaders of Vashisht, Vedvyas and Valmiki Chapters to continue to stay focussed and we continued our journey of regular learning through Zoom Sessions. This helped the commune members of Ahmedabad and Delhi Chapters to come closer and appreciate each other better.
“And then we began a 21 days journey of Turn Crisis into Opportunity’, which included a series of online sessions designed to help people engage in productive and self-developmental activities. Expert speakers and successful entrepreneurs were invited to share their knowledge and case studies with an audience of more than 400 participants daily for over 90 minutess. These sessions helped in changing their apprehensions and their crisis into an opportunity for self-development and growth,” added Taneja.
Valmiki Chapter of New Delhi commune members started another movement called VLEAD. These series of thought-provoking sessions on various topics of life was meant for the team members of the Commune who also joined their bosses, colleagues, and juniors on the same platform and were a part of this motivational movement to Create Self- awareness for employees in an organization with I CAN I WILL Spirit.

More than 100+ kids got connected on Zoom to say I CAN I WILL… And recently the next batch of LIMA has also been announced.
