In a defining statement on leadership and legacy, the fifth edition of GreenX Talks at Adani Corporate House in Ahmedabad delivered a powerful message that transcends corporate ambition: “Power is temporary. Character is permanent.”
The landmark platform, hosted by the Adani Group, reframed growth as a function of dignity, inclusion and human excellence, placing character—not scale—at the centre of institutional success.
Inaugurating the event, Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, articulated the deeper philosophy behind the initiative.
“Green represents something everlasting and the X stands for the extraordinary human spirit,” he said, describing GreenX as a celebration of possibility, dignity and excellence.
Reflecting on the values that shape leadership, he delivered the defining punchline of the event:
“Power is temporary. Character is permanent,” emphasising that individuals are masters of their own destiny.
He underscored that the Adani Group measures progress not merely by expansion, but by its ability to create inclusive pathways that empower people.

Inclusion defined by merit, dignity and earned belonging
Diva Adani reinforced the programme’s philosophy, stating that GreenX recognises individuals based on merit, not sympathy.
She emphasised that true inclusion lies in building ecosystems where individuals belong because of their capability, contribution and character.
Her message positioned GreenX as a platform that celebrates dignity and human excellence, reshaping conventional narratives around ability and achievement.
Voices of courage and reinvention inspire a new generation
Among the most powerful moments of the event were deeply personal and inspiring reflections from distinguished achievers.
Acclaimed classical dancer and actor Sudha Chandran delivered a stirring message on resilience.
“When life challenges you, respond not with limitation but with conviction,” she said, urging individuals to define themselves through courage rather than circumstance.
Visually-impaired entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla, Founder of Bollant Industries, delivered one of the most resonant lines of the evening.
“If you don’t dream the impossible, you cannot achieve it. I am not a man of yesterday, I am a man of tomorrow,” he said, underscoring how adversity can become a catalyst for purpose and transformation.
