Rajasthan-based Fine Acers Holidays and Resorts, one of the largest Luxury Resort Residences group, on Wednesday announced its foray into Vibrant Gujarat’s luxury resort residence industry.
The infrastructure major opened its first Zonal Office on the S-G Highway in Ahmedabad. With corporate office in Jaipur and an international office in Dubai, the company is now looking forward to the expansion for a better infrastructure and future.
Speaking with navjeevanexpress.com, Dinesh Yadav, Founder, Fine Acers Holidays and Resorts, said, “As Gujarat is the Heart and Growth Engine of Incredible India, we believe that Gujarat will be the growth engine for Fine Acers, too. In Gujarat, we are coming up with a luxury resort in Gir with an initial investment of Rs 250 crores. Under our ‘Go Gir, Go Green’ initiative, we will maintain the ecological balance while promoting the wildlife tourism. We are also looking at land parcels in Somnath and Dwarka in Saurashtra to set up luxury resorts and spa. Thus we will be contributing our mite to the revenue of Gujarat.”

Our vision is to become the biggest luxury resort residence industry player by 2027 by having 5,000 keys operational and a turnover of Rs 8,000 crores,” Yadav added..
Speaking on the occasion, Rominder Khanna, Senior Vice President and Business Development, Fine Acers Holidays and Resorts, said, “Since Udaipur is a big market for Gujarat tourists, for better services and support, we have started our Gujarat Zonal office today at Ahmedabad, which will be followed by Doha, Bangalore and Delhi. Our aim is to make 6 new offices operational in India and abroad in FY 2023.”
