Renowned exponent of the Ram Charit Manas Morari Bapu has urged the countrymen to take pride in the independence Day celebrations and also dedicated his 901st katha to Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, which is being celebrated in the entire country to mark the 75th year of India’s independence.
“This is the 75th year of our independence and a major landmark in our country’s history. I have decided to dedicate my 901st katha to Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. I will also have a katha in New Delhi when the 75th year of independence ends,” Morari Bapu said while delivering the katha at Tripura.
Morari Bapu also urged each and every Indian to take part in the “Har Ghar Tiranga” (national flag at every home) campaign.
“Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi has appealed to everyone to take part in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. I also appeal to you to hoist the national flag on every house for three days. India is our country, and we must all take part in celebrations of this momentous occasion. There should not be any two opinions about this,” he said further.
The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign has been conceptualised keeping in mind the 75th Independence Day and aims to rally crores of countrymen to hoist the national flag at their homes from August 13 to 15.
