“Social media is a world where we create goals looking at others’ lives. Social media gives us validation and the opportunity to explore ourselves, it fulfils various requirements, but it also leaves a void. When I say zoom out I don’t mean to say stop using social media, but set limits as per your own understanding. Digital media is a great tool to connect, learn and do things, but at the same time, do not let it overpower you,” Dhvanit said.
