Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries Limited, has entered India’s fast-growing pet-care market with Waggies, a new brand offering science-backed, high-quality pet nutrition at highly affordable prices. With this launch, RCPL aims to redefine everyday pet care by combining global-quality formulations with value-driven pricing.
Developed on a foundation of deep scientific research, the Waggies range offers complete and balanced meals enhanced with herbs, DHA for brain development, essential vitamins, prebiotics and highly digestible ingredients to support overall health. The brand is built on the belief that every pet deserves access to the right nutrition—not just a privileged few.
Ketan Mody, Executive Director, Reliance Consumer Products Limited, said, “Waggies is formulated to deliver superior value—balancing enhanced nutrition with affordability. It comes with key benefits of extra protein, prebiotics for digestive support, all-day energy, and support for joint, skin and coat health. We believe every pet must have access to the right nutrition and every pet parent must have access to global-quality products without digging deep into their pockets.”
He added that both Waggies and Waggies Pro have been developed after extensive research and are poised to become a preferred choice for pet parents across India.
Guided by the philosophy “From Few Households to Many”, the brand aims to improve affordability and accessibility with pricing that begins at ₹199 per kg for Waggies and ₹249 per kg for Waggies Pro. To encourage first-time adoption, the company has also introduced 100g trial packs at just ₹20.
With Waggies, RCPL seeks to make quality pet nutrition mainstream—bridging long-standing gaps in affordability, accessibility and everyday trust for millions of Indian pet parents.
