“Remo Dance Studio” on Friday declared open the gates for the biggest dance platform in Gujarat for wannabe masters of arts in Ahmedabad. It will cater to all those who believe in creating magic with their steps!
The choreographer himself was present at the venue for the inauguration along with several other celebrities. The studio is ideally located on Sindhu Bhavan Road, one of the prime areas of Ahmedabad, and would thus be easily accessible by the locals.
Belonging to the state of Gujarat himself, the dance maestro thinks that opening up his own studio in his home state would be a step towards serving his own place. His institute would encourage all kinds of dance forms like Bollywood, Freestyle, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Popping Locking, Salsa, and many others. The institution plans on certifying all these talents and helping them get exposure to bigger platforms and better places.
Remo D’Souza already holds a long history of promoting and bringing several dancers to the limelight. From shows like Dance Plus to movies like Any Body Can Dance and through other independent platforms, Remo has brought several successful artists to the entertainment industry. He feels that this institution would help him garner a lot more talent as he would be able to interact with and witness fresh talent from the base. His partners Krunal Shah and Jignesh Makadiya also shared a similar vision of serving the state of Gujarat through this platform. They further planned to open studios in all major Tier 1 cities, including Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot.
The Remo Dance Studio will be having a special set of experienced instructors who work predominantly in the industry and can train students as per the industry standards. These instructors also impart training in his studio in Dubai (his official first venture of Remo Dance Studio).
As the successful choreographer turned director, stepped into town on Friday, he cannot hold his excitement to interact with fresh and budding talent hailing from his home state!
