Revathi College Of Nursing & Paramedicals in Avinashi on Monday felicitated eminent writer Princess Aswathi Thirunal Gouri Lakshmi Bayi Thampuraty. It also organized a newspapers and book reading awareness programme to mark this occasion.
Princess Aswathi Thirunal Gouri Lakshmi Bayi Thampuraty advocated the students to cultivate the habit of reading. It will help them in developing communication skill as well as getting good jobs.
“As the world today is changing every now and then, it can be difficult to make the young generation understand the value of reading habits. Our college ignites a love of reading by making it fun, engaging, and educational. In many reader’s eyes, reading is more than simply amusement; it is an essential skill that opens up a world of knowledge and imagination. Exposure to different language and sentence structures improves reading comprehension and fluency,” said College Managing Trustee Revathi Eswara Moorthy.
Dr. Hari, Trustee & Administrative Director along with Dr. Emarald Ponniyinselvan, Admission Officer & Coordinator Subi Krishnan also addressed at the event.
