RKM Vivekananda College on Thursday defeated Guru Nanak College by 7 wickets in the finals of The YNOT Studios – TNCA Inter Collegiate Cricket Tournament 2023-2024 held at MAC Stadium here.

Player of the Finals award was given to AB Dhiyash (RKM Vivekananda College) 82 N.O., 106 balls., 7 x 4s – 3 x 6s while S Ganesh (Guru Nanak College) with 424 runs in 6 matches was adjudged the Best Player of the Tournament.
Dhiyash & Bharat added 107 runs in 163 balls for the unbroken 4th wicket stand.
The four semi final qualifiers include: RKM Vivekananda College, Guru Nanak College, SRM IST and Jeppiar Engineering College.
Chief Guest and TNCA Honorary Treasurer T J Srinivasaraj distributed the trophies. Special Awards and certificates to the winners and runners were presented in the presence of S Sashikanth, Founder & Film Producer, YNOT Studios, the sponsor of this Tournament.
The YNOT Studios – TNCA Inter Collegiate Cricket Tournament 2023-2024 commenced on the 29th January 2024 and concluded in Chennai. 32 top colleges in the City were invited to participate in the tournament.
The Tournament was held in two phases:
Phase One : Knock Out Phase (30 overs)
Phase Two : League Phase (30 overs) – 16 teams from Round One qualified for this phase. They were divided into 4 groups and played the league format.
Top teams from each group qualified for semi semi-finals.
