Aiming to help the realty developers, architects, interior designers and end consumers with access to unmatched product know-how and world-class materials under one roof, Ahmedabad-based realty and home décor solution provider, Root’s Decor India Private Limited on Friday announced the launch of the country’s first Interactive Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR) and Artificial Intelligeence (AI)-based system solution.
Elaborating on this innovative system, Managing Director and the CEO of the company, Naresh Patel said, “This system will help all the stakeholders to visualise their product design, space layout planning and decor theme in real life viewing, before its execution.
The company has filed for a patent of its unique concept — Virtual Reality-based system — with the Central Government. After getting the Indian patent, the company would file for its global patent, said Naresh Patel.
Company’s tech expert, Vipul Patel said that, “Presently, 18 realty companies have adopted their 3D VR services in Gujarat covering 3,500 units using two of our studios.”
“After launching our VR beta version in October 2018, our company has reported sales worth Rs 1.95 crore. This has motivated us to go for filing of the invention patent of VR-based system,” Vipul Patel added.
