In the aftermath of the Michaung cyclone that wreaked havoc in parts of Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry, Royal Enfield, stands firmly committed to supporting its customers in the flood-affected areas. To aid those whose Royal Enfield motorcycles have faced the brunt of the natural disaster, the company will be providing free towing service along with comprehensive vehicle check-ups.

  • The company advises those customers to refrain from starting the engine of a flood-affected motorcycle to avoid engine malfunction and damage

Customers can call the toll-free number 1800 2100 007 and register their service by providing basic information of their motorcycle between 8th December 2023 and 20th December 2023. In addition to the mechanical evaluations, Royal Enfield will actively support in assisting and processing of insurance claims for its customers.

Commenting on the service initiative, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer, Royal Enfield, said, “We understand the impact of the recent cyclone and stand by our customers in this time of distress. Royal Enfield and its dealers will proactively assist them during these challenging times and ensure additional service care and support. We aim to make the recovery process as smooth as possible for our customers through the toll-free number and our assistance in service and insurance processing. We hope the situation will normalise soon and we reaffirm our  commitment to support our customers to get them back on their mobility soon with a peace of mind.”

Royal Enfield recommends all affected customers to call the dedicated toll-free number to take advantage of the comprehensive vehicle check-up and service support offered. The company advises those customers to refrain from starting the engine of a flood-affected motorcycle to avoid engine malfunction and damage. Royal Enfield will provide appropriate maintenance tips and spread awareness about personal and vehicle safety and to its customers through SMS campaigns and bulk emailers as part of the initiative.
