Leading integrated Infrastructure consultancy firm REPL (Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited) on Monday announced that it got listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Two years back in 2018, the company had launched its IPO and subsequently got listed on the NSE-Emerge platform under the SME section. The stock opened at Rs 100.8 on the listing day. This listing will enable the company to reach out to a wider investor community and increase visibility in the industry, says a release.
Talking about the development Pradeep Misra, CMD, REPL said, “This is a significant milestone for the organization. Our domain expands to multiple sectors where knowledge-based consultancy is required.”
The stock of the Company has given a return of more than 140% to its shareholders in the last 2 years. The company had launched its IPO in July 2018 which was fully subscribed then. The consolidated revenue of the Company at the time of IPO (FY 2017-18) was Rs 43.9 crore which grew to Rs 83.1 crore as per the last annual results (FY 2019-20). After the IPO, the company has registered robust growth on all major financial parameters for successive years.
During the last 2 years, the company has bagged several projects, including the smart city projects, Metro rail project in Chennai, Skill India training (DDU-GKY); Indo-Nepal integrated check post, National Highways in Manipur, among various other assignments that have built a strong order book. Presently the company has a work order worth Rs. 375 crores in hand. The geographical reach of the Company has also increased with ongoing projects spanning across all parts of the country. The listing ceremony was held in the IIC (India International Centre), New Delhi, and on-line streaming of the event was broadcast on social media handles.
REPL is already working on many infrastructure and planning projects for both the state and central government’s projects pan India including Smart Cities projects, PMAY, BIM consultancy for Chennai Metro, GIS-Based master plans, water supply system, street vending plans, online building plan approval system (OBPAS), etc.
