The Sankatmochan Mahavir Hanuman Temple at Rancharda, Ahmedabad, will hold a special Havan, Vedic chantings, and Shakti Aradhana Path on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 3:00 pm onwards at its temple premises. The event marks the temple’s first anniversary since its inauguration on August 23, 2024.

According to Dr. Praveen Garg, Founder of the Sankatmochan Mahavir Hanuman Temple, the sacred rituals will begin at 3:00 pm with Vedic mantras and the Shakti Aradhana ceremony, followed by a grand recital of the Sundarkand Path at 5:30 pm, celebrating the divine glory of Lord Hanuman. Devotees will then join in a Maha Aarti at 7:15 pm, after which Maha Prasad will be distributed from 7:30 PM onwards.
Expressing his joy, Dr. Garg said, “It has been a year since the temple’s consecration, and by the infinite blessings of Baba Neem Karoli Maharaj, it is evolving into a spiritually enriching and devotional hub. This is the fourth temple in India featuring a reclining idol of Lord Hanuman, which has become a major attraction for devotees and seekers.”
He further invited all devotees and families to participate in the divine celebration and seek blessings from Lord Hanuman.
“We welcome everyone to join this holy occasion with their loved ones and experience the joy and peace of collective devotion,” Dr. Garg added.
The event is expected to draw large numbers of devotees from across Ahmedabad and nearby areas to participate in the Havan, prayers, and Maha Prasad.
