Samyak Women’s Club, an NGO working for the uplift of fempreneurs and handcraft artisans, is organizing a two-day 34th Diwali Exhibition on Saturday and Sunday, November 4 and 5. Nearly 51 exhibitors will display their products at Shrimali Brahmin Suvarna Jayanti Hall, Near Unnati School, Mahalaxmi Char Rasta, Paldi from 10 am to 8 pm.
Speaking with navjeevanexpress.com, Samyak Women’s Club Founder Rakhi Shah said, “With Diwali around the corner, homemakers can buy all their Festival of Lights needs under one roof in our exhibition. All products related to Jain community, including idols and pooja materials like incense sticks, candles, will be available to spread the sweet fragrance of spirituality. To ease the burden of homemakers in preparing snacks for Diwali, sweets, shingpak, home-made chocolates and cookies, namkeen, sherbat, ragi mamra, jowar mamra, nutrition foods, mukhawas, sweets, dry fruits and super healthy snacks prepared in hygienic manner will be the hallmark this expo.”
“In keeping with the trend of eco-friendly apparels and promote handicraft artisans, home decorations, dress materials, long gowns, kaftans, dupattas, pants, kurtis, leggings, western outfits, crochet sets, short kurti-tops, traditional dresses, traditional clothes for the entire family, cotton and silk kurta pajamas made of natural colours and products will also be at display. And above all, imitation jewellery, kitchenware, bags and purses will attract fashion aficionados,” Rakhi Shah added.
