MUMBAI, MAY 26

Public sector banking behemoth the State Bank of India (SBI), in a statement on Tuesday, said that “all branches of SBI continue to operate normally and serve the nation during these challenging times.”

The bank has issued a clarification statement on the incorrect news reporting about ‘SBI branches changing its working hours’.

The statement says that “It has recently come to our notice that a news portal has published an article informing that SBI had changed its business hours in all the branches. We would like to clarify that the information is misleading and no such changes have been made. All branches of SBI continue to operate normally and serve the nation during these challenging times. You may keep yourself updated with our latest announcements using our website https://bank.sbi”
