In order to cater to the needs of securities market investors in the state of Uttar Pradesh , SEBI along with stock exchanges BSE and NSE has established an “Investor Service Centre” in Lucknow, in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.
The ISC which is managed by BSE, was inaugurated by Amarjeet Singh, Executive Director – SEBI, on Saturday, in the presence of Amit Pradhan, Regional Director – SEBI Northern Regional Office, Bharat Dave, Assistant General Manager – BSE Investors Protection Fund and Varun Gupta, Regional Head, BSE North, along with representatives from exchanges, stockbrokers and mutual fund distributors.
This Centre will facilitate resolution of complaints of investors against all listed corporate entities and other registered intermediaries in the securities market and also facilitate conducting of investor awareness programs in the Region.
