A Innovative Food Products LlP, owner of ‘Shareat’ ready-to-fry brand, has launched the first-of-its-kind Live Panipuri making machine with spicy water dispensers in India here on Wednesday.
The Ahmedabad based company has come up with the novel concept of such a food machine to provide healthy and hygienic fresh whole-wheat Panipuri to the food lovers and at the same time creating employment opportunities in this fastest growing business of the country. The daily business of panipuri is about Rs 80 crore and Gujarat, North India contribute more. The company has applied for a patent for the Panipuri machine and plans to export the same to 30 countries by the year 2025.
Speaking about the development, Jayesh Patel, Co-Founder, A Innovative Food Products LLP said, “Indian people are very fond of Panipuri and we are proud to launch this distinctive concept which will give a unique experience to the food lovers. This MADE IN INDIA machine is solely crafted to prepare hygienic, fresh and crunchy Panipuri. We had successfully completed the trial run of the machine and received good response. At present, we have installed 4 machines in Ahmedabad, 2 in Vadodara, 2 in Rajkot, 1 in Bangalore and 2 machines in Dubai. We are giving it on a franchisee model and have a target to have more than 1,250 franchisees by the year 2025. Our franchisee fee is Rs 3.51 lakh.”
Along with the machine, the company also provides a wide range of ready-to-fry Panipuri and delicious Potato-mix for which also a patent is pending. The machine can be simply installed within hours and one can start his own food business with a minimal space and investment.
“Panipuri is a widely loved and consumed food item in India. The majority of Puris are manufactured at small outlets or unhygienic places by the unorganized players who are least bothered about the ingredients, preparation, taste and other quality aspects of the product. With this machine, we want to create a chain of entrepreneurs also so that employment opportunities can be generated and people can enjoy fresh Panipuri made of whole-wheat, Machine fitted with sensor fills the puri with different flavours of spicy water once it’s taken close to the taps fitted in the machine and can cater to 4 persons simultaneously,” added Patel.
Commenting on the panipuri-making machine, Pankaj Dadhaniya, director, A Innovative International Ltd said, “Right from raw materials to every stage of production is subjected to stringent quality control and hygiene measures of world-class standards. We are using eight litres of edible oil per week for frying the panipuris at 170 to 180 degree Celsius. This boiled oil is regularly replaced and sold for using as fuel. We have over 100 different kinds of panipuri recipes on our youtube site which has crossed over 1.25 crore viewers so far.”
Started in the year 2015, ‘Shareat’ provides a wide range of ready-to-fry Panipuri and Panipuri mixtures in the name of ‘Foochka’ and ‘Jal Balls’ respectively. These food items are hygienically processed using high-quality wheat flour. With the high-tech European machinery at their Sanand plant, the company produces more than two crore whole-wheat Panipuri daily to cater domestic & export demand. Under the brand name of ‘Shareat’, the company has a total 36 SKUs under its kitty. Currently the company exports in 26 countries with 40% exports in major markets like US, Canada, Dubai, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc. The company is aiming to achieve Rs. 200 crore turnover by the year 2025.
