Amreli-based Sheetal Cool Products Ltd, Ice Cream and other food product manufacturer, and Vadodara-based Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd have jointly announced that they have signed an MoU on Friday.

Under this agreement, Sheetal Cool Products Limited will supply its products – ice-cream & ready-to-eat snacks -to the pizza chain Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd for marketing at its outlets. The company informed the exchanges about this development through an official filing in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Commenting on this, Mukundbhai Purohit, Chairman of Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd, stated, “With the agreement between our company and Sheetal Cool Products Ltd, we will be offering a variety of products from Sheetal Cool, including dairy products, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat items, as well as other food products, at our restaurants and express platforms. This partnership will create new growth opportunities for both companies.”
An elated Bhupatbhai Bhuwai, Chairman of Sheetal Cool Products Ltd, said, “This partnership with Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd is mutually beneficial. Our ice cream and other products will now be available at pizza outlets, ensuring quality eatables for customers. This collaboration will strengthen both of our businesses, offering significant opportunities for growth.”
