Shivalik Group, a leading real estate group with a legacy of 25 years, has unveiled Trophy, its yet another landmark project in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
Trophy, Shivalik Group’s third project in GIFT City, is a state-of-the-art commercial waterfront-facing project. Strategically positioned at the grand entrance and on the corner of GIFT SEZ area, Trophy offers a first stunning sight for visitors and is poised to become the centrepiece of GIFT SEZ area development.

Designed by an international architect, Trophy’s architecture is mesmerising, with its structure segmented into a visually compelling design as a trophy. Its dynamic facade, featuring glazing pipes and seamless glass, offers panoramic views that blend the interior with the burgeoning cityscape. Each segment from the base to the shaft of ‘Trophy’ is meticulously crafted, reflecting a blend of aesthetic elegance and functional brilliance.

The 28 storey Trophy will comprise a built-up area of 9 lakh square feet and a carpet area of approximately 4.50 lakh square feet. The design element optimises space and ensures maximum use of natural light and energy efficiency.

Shivalik Group’s first project in GIFT City was Skyview, a towering residential project, and the second one was Curv, a commercial tower that will also be the state’s first twisted building. Skyview, comprising 2BHK and 3BHK premium homes, is 118 metres high with 34 floors, encompassing a 10 lakh square feet built-up area. Curv, comprising 32 floors and reaching a height of 118 metres, also comprises nearly 10 lakh square feet of premium office space and boasts a 300-foot atrium.
