As Ahmedabad eases into its calm winter glow, ITC Narmada has reignited the season’s most loved culinary ritual with the return of Sizzlers & Starlight, its signature 2025 al fresco dining experience. Already drawing an enthusiastic response, the edition celebrates crisp evenings, starry night skies and the irresistible aroma of live grills—crafted meticulously by Executive Chef Gaurav Lavina.

Hosted at the Adalaj Pavilion Lawn, the dinner-only experience runs Friday to Sunday, 7 pm–11 pm, through end-January, transforming the lawns into a winter wonderland of gentle lighting, soft music and immersive outdoor dining under the open sky.

From soul-warming Burmese Khao Suey, Laksa and Tom Yum to crunchy lettuce bars, mezze spreads and seasonal salads, the offerings mirror winter’s comforting embrace.
