The High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to India, Milinda Moragoda on Saturday met the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M.K. Stalin in Chennai.
The two dignitaries have discussed ways and means to further strengthen relationship between Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka.
The meeting took place when the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu recently urged the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reclaim the Kachchatheevu island, stating that it is an opportunity to ensure the traditional fishing zone and rights of the Tamil Nadu fishing community.
