Stove Kraft Company CMD Rajendra Gandhi recently paid his obeisance at Shankheshwar Parshvanath Derasar in Gujarat.
Gandhi had been longing to visit Gujarat for a long time but could not make it owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, after the pandemic has been contained he made it to Shankheshwar Parshvanath Derasar in Gujarat and will visit often hereafter, says a company statement.
Talking about his kitchen appliances company Stove Kraft Limited, he said that the company had recently issued an IPO which was oversubscribed over 18 times. Now, it will be listed this month. The issue price was fixed at Rs 384-385 range and planned to mop up Rs 412.62 crore. Ahead of its IPO, the manufacturer of kitchen appliances had raised Rs 185 crore from anchor investors. Riding high on this success in the capital market, the company has planned to bring out new products with a bigger investment in Gujarat, he added.
The company manufactures cooking appliances under Pigeon and Gilma brands. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.
