- Cash prizes and gold medals were announced for meritorious students across the four graduating batches of (PGPM 2023 (Awesome Ahoms), PGDM 2021 – 23 (Chalukyas), PGXPM 2021 – 23 (Neos), and PGPM (Flex) 2020 – 22 (Explorers).
In his convocation address at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Dr B V R Mohan Reddy said, “To become successful entrepreneurs; you should have the passion, dream, and drive to build something, to prosper, and to contribute back to society. More than half of the exciting new job opportunities around the world are created by small and medium-sized businesses, including startups. As you, our bright students, are beginning a new chapter, so are these enterprises, and together, we’re building a brighter future.”
Talking to navjeevanexpress.com, Dr Mohan Reddy said that the institute offers a One-year full-time MBA (PGPM) for experienced professionals, Two-year MBA (PGDM), Part Time Executive MBA for senior managers, and Weekend Executive MBA Program. Great Lakes alumni currently numbering 12000+, work at world-renowned organizations both in India and overseas across 33 countries.
The Convocation was presided over by Dr. Suresh Ramanathan, Dean & Principal of Great Lakes Institute of Management.
Mohan Lakhamraju, Chairman of the Great Lakes Institute of Management said, “Success may manifest itself in a few big moments, but it is built in many small everyday moments. You will enjoy big moments over the course of your professional careers. Those moments will be the outcome on what happens on daily basis in your life, the habits you follow, and how much you continue to learn, believe, and practice. Suresh Ramanathan, Dean, of Great Lakes Institute of Management, presented the academic report and spoke about the path taken by the institution towards extraordinary growth over the years. In his address he said, “The Indian economy is booming with opportunities abound. You are the chosen ones, the harbingers of change. At a time when many are wondering what the future will be like, you are the future. Armed with the skills and knowledge you have acquired here at Great Lakes, you are now ready to put them to use in solving the difficult questions you may face in your new roles.”

Parents and relatives of the graduating students took part enthusiastically at the convocation which was held at the auditorium of the Anna Centenary Library, Kotturpuram.
This event witnessed the participation of the Board of Directors, Academic Committee, esteemed staff, and accomplished students of the Great Lakes Institute of Management.
