Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University on Tuesday announced it has recently signed two significant Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with ExcelR Edtech Private Limited. The MoUs involving two institutes affiliated with the university – Swarrnim School of Computing & IT and the Swarrnim Institute of Technology – were inked with a view to enhance skill-based training and education quality of students in addition to forging research collaboration between the institutions.
Founded in 2014, ExcelR Edtech is a leading giant in Training and Consulting, helping students and professionals across the globe by delivering top-notch, world-class classroom and online training.
For its MoUs with two institutes of Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, the company has designed special skill development programmes, tailored to suit industry needs. It will also provide curriculum design consultation and facilitate faculty development programmes.

The first MoU, signed between ExcelR Edtech and the Swarrnim School of Computing & IT, is a collaboration focussed on providing comprehensive training in emerging technologies to the students. As part of this collaboration, ExcelR Edtech will be the training delivery partner in areas such as Data Science, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Tableau and Python, among others.
The collaboration will also facilitate guest lectures and the integration of industry-relevant teaching methodologies, preparing students for competitive roles in the technology sector.
The second MoU involves a collaboration between ExcelR Edtech and the Swarrnim Institute of Technology for advancing technology education at the institute. As part of the partnership, students will be equipped with practical knowledge and skills in new-age technologies. Students and faculty members will be trained by experts at ExcelR Edtech, who will also help develop customised curricula. The company will also provide support for setting up innovation cells and incubation centers within the institute.
Dr. Kavita Kshatriya, Academic Dean, Technical Programs and Dr. Chetan Gondaliya, Head, Centre of Excellence (CoE) were instrumental in setting up this collaboration and signing of the MoUs.
Moreover, both Swarrnim Institute of Technology and ExcelR Edtech will work together on research and development projects, leveraging ExcelR’s expertise to bridge the gap between academic learning and emerging industry needs.
