With a view to create awareness among students and sensitize them about the health-related, financial, and legal repercussions of falling prey to narcotic drug consumption, The School of Management, Commerce and Liberal Arts, at Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, recently organised a programme on the theme, ‘Prevention of sale and consumption of narcotic drugs.’

Dr Twinkle Patel, Managing Director, Motherhood Hospital, facilitated the session for students. Dr Sourbhi Chaturvedi (Professor & Director), School of Management, Commerce and Liberal Arts along with Shabina Shastri, Assistant Professor of the institute, remained present during the event.
Some 75 students participated in the awareness programme. The speaker delivered her talk in three stages: drug awareness, drug prevention and laws governing sale and consumption of narcotic drugs. She discouraged students from turning to any such sort of habits which could cause them irreparable damages to their health and well-being.
