Last year’s economic slowdown affected the growth of the country; like many others, both, the real estate and construction sectors were on the receiving end. But those who rose above the struggle are now thriving. One such success story is of Swati Chrysantha, a project by Swati Procon built at Shela, Ahmedabad for upwardly-mobile class families, says a senior official of the company.
For a real estate brand, along with quality, timely delivery of the project plays a crucial role in building trust. And managing both when the entire real estate industry was at its wits’ end is a remarkable achievement. Despite a 3-month-long lockdown and government restrictions, the brand was able to deliver its promise – Swati Chrysantha, to home buyers. The possession of these 3 BHK modern apartments which are sold out now, is starting in March 2021, as promised, the release added.
While sharing the experience of heading the construction of Chrysantha, Saket Agrawal – the executive director of Swati Procon said, “Before the lockdown, we had multiple commercial & residential projects in the pipeline. But we decided to shift our focus to Swati Chrysantha as many families’ dreams were dependent on it. We took some hard decisions, but in the end, the team efforts fulfilled the promise”
With a vision to build a better tomorrow for families and businesses, Ashok Agarawal founded Swati Procon in 1990. Now, his son, Saket Agarwal heads the management and operations with a customer-centric approach. Swati, as a brand has always focused on quality construction, transparency, and ethics when it comes to building the skyline.
