The second edition of Sunhearrt Swashthyagrah 2021 will be jointly organized by Sunhearrt Ceramics and Symbalian Cycling Community here on Saturday and Sunday, January 23 and 24, respectively, to mark Republic Day, the organizers said.
Speaking with media, Jignesh Patel, Founder of Simbalian Cycling Community & Architect Developer, said, “To inculcate the habit of staying fit, we are organising the two-day cyclothon and walkathon for the Amdavadi public at Kankaria Lake and Sabarmati Riverfront. Both events will be held on 23rd January at Kankaria and 24th January at Riverfront between 6.00 am and 9.30 am. There will be running of 2 km, 5 km and 10 km and cycling of 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km.”
All health conscious Ahmedabadis are requested to take part in these events by registering in advance and each participant will get a three-pocket t-shirt and certificate on payment of a token fee of Rs 49.
Over 500 persons have so far registered, the organizers said.
Richa Harshad Shah (Fashion Designer and Founder Member of Symbalian Cycling Community), Yash Bharatbhai Patel (Founder of Milkmor -Astha Dairy Farm and Founder Trustee of Symbalian Cycling Community), Mishel Ilesh Patel (Arjun Construction & Secretary of Rajpath Club &Trustee Symbalian Foundation), Hiten Varmora (Director, Sunhearrt), Bhadra Varmora (Chairman, Sunhearrt) were present at the event.
The events are being held in association with My Bike and FitEndFlex.
