The Tamil Nadu Medical Council unanimously elected Dr M K Ponnuraj, former Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Government Hospital (GH) in Hosur and Retired Joint Director of Medical Service, Dharmapuri District as Vice President.
A business meeting of the Tamil Nadu Medical Council was held on Thursday, June 16, 2022, to elect Vice President and other Office Bearers.
Dr M K Ponnuraj was unanimously elected as the Vice President for this year by the Honourable Members and President of the Council.
Tamil Nadu Medical Council is a statutory body for Registration and Regulations of Allopathic Medical Practitioners practicing in Tamil Nadu.
From Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri Dist Dr M K Ponnuraj is the only elected Member so far to the Medical Council.
