Tata Technologies, a global product engineering and digital services company on Thursday announced the launch of the next edition of its gender diversity-focused hiring campaign #Reignite, empowering women engineers on a career break a platform specifically designed to help them restart their careers, in line with its focus on promoting gender diversity across its workforce. Tata Technologies’ vision of #EngineeringABetterWorld embodies a commitment to empowering talented women to reconnect with their professional aspirations through structured training, mentorship, and real-world project experiences.
Women undergo various life stages that can make them step back and take a break from their careers to address various priorities. Even when they decide to restart their professional journey, the hard reality is second chances are not always destined and easy, as technology and skills keep evolving rapidly. The new brand campaign #Reignite 2025 invites women engineering graduates on a career break to apply for the #Reignite program and restart their career with confidence. #Reignite is a platform specially designed to enable women engineers on a break to resume their career journey by offering a blend of specialized training, hands-on experiences, and premier online learning resources. Key timelines for Reignite 2025:

With opportunities spanning Digital Skills, Tata Technologies is calling on talented women engineers on a break across India to reignite their passion, upskill, and carve a future in engineering innovation.

It comprises a three-stage pathway designed to enable, elevate, and engage women engineers through:
Stage 1: Explore – Those who are shortlisted will be invited for orientation sessions led by women experts. Topics include modern digital engineering services, Tata Technologies as an employer of choice, and skills to ace interviews. Outstanding performers progress to Stage 2, while all others receive a certificate for successful completion of the Tata Technologies Reignite orientation program.
Stage 2: Elevate – Deep dive into custom training designed to enhance soft skills and technical knowledge in core project domains. Top performers move to the next stage, while the rest receive a certificate for completion of the Tata Technologies Reignite Technical Training Program.
Stage 3: Engage – Embark on a paid internship under the guidance of our seasoned mentors. This phase includes one-on-one expert guidance, hands-on project work, and valuable professional insights. Top performers will get an opportunity to be part of the Tata Technologies team, while all participants receive a Reignite Internship Program Certificate acknowledging their journey. Over and above this, Tata Technologies offers opportunities to work on global projects, upskill through classroom and e-learning platforms, and collaborate with a 12,500+ global talent pool.
