Investors’ community contribution to nation-building and to the Covid-19 crisis are always ignored. Seeing the pain and suffering of migrant workers, well-known TV anchor Hemant Ghai urged his 87,900 twitter followers (@hemant_ghai) to contribute part of their trading profit to the PM CARES Fund.
Several retail investors who were able to earn decent profit in the sharp rally in the stock markets started sharing a part of their earnings to PM CARES Fund according to their capability.

When asked what induced Hemant to take this step, he said, “Since we have a huge fan following, I thought it is my responsibility to start this campaign and help our Prime Minister Narendar Modi in these times of crisis rather than critising his work. Also, grown up in defence background I believe it becomes more important for us.”
