With an aim to promote the principles of Vaastu that scientifically combine Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Sky to boost health, wealth and energy and create a serene working atmosphere that leads to prosperity, Ahmedabad hosted a seminar on “Mission Vaastu: Role of Vaastu science to reshape India’s destiny to make Bharat a Vishwa Guru” on Sunday, October 22.
To ensure that the world benefits from the astroscience, Vaastu Shastra, world famous Vaastu experts from Gujarat – Dr. Ravi Rao, , Dr. Amrish Mehta, Dr. Mahesh Gyani, Dr Kanubhai Purohit, Dr Raman Patel, Dr Trishala Sheth, Dr Dhiren Shah, Dr. Ravi Singhvi, Dharmesh Acharya, Ravindra Bhavsar, Dr. Bhadresh Prajapati, Sanjeev Panchal, Maheshe Barot, Sudeep Mehta, Upendra Bhadoria, Bhavin Gohil, Sushma Jogi, Bharat Joshi, Bhupendra Kasawala, Ajay Maken, Harshil Shah, Subhash Dholakia, Dignesh Rawal, Neha Shah, Ashish Majumdar, Chetan Panchal, Vishal Bardia. , Visakha Sharda, Garima Pathak, Chintal Shah, Pravinchandra Vyas, Bharat Singh, Dinesh Panchal, Rahul Parikh, Hitesh Gajjar, Deepa Maheshwari, Suketu Tretia, Manish Doshi, Manish Siddhapura, Bhargava Atharyu, Manoj Mewa, Rakesh Dwivedi, Jagdish Suthar- shared their candid views. Kickstarting the seminar, Dr. Ravi Singhavi said, “Vaastu and astrology are two sides of the same coin. A person’s Janam Kundli is his Janam Vaastu. It determines his fate at the time of birth. Any person can augment his luck and destiny by 30 percent more by merely adopting vaastu principles in life. In Telangana, Chief Minister KCR has formed a separate department for Vaastu. His Vaastu advisor has been given the rank of a Cabinet Minister who is guiding him in creation of the new state and townships adhering to the principles of vaastu.”
“The renaming of India as Bharat is the first step to make India a world guru wherein the nation can regain its lost ancient glory and prosperity. If the vaastu advisors get Government recognition and appropriate steps are taken, then 5 to 10 lakh shut down and loss-making and sick industrial and business units can be transformed into profitable units. This in turn help the Nation’s GDP to cross Rs 10 lakh crore landmark. Vaastu Shastra is the only bank of secret knowledge and wisdom which can ensure harmony, happiness, riches, prosperity, health, success and victory., Dr Singhavi added.
Coming down heavily on the McCaulays system of modern education,Dr Singhavi said, “Vaastu science was born in ancient India thousands of years ago by churning and manthan by our ancient sages. They observed the behaviour of environment, buildings and their correlation with five elements of nature and directions to reach golden rules of existence and which had taken Bharat to pinnacle of glory and power and success and prosperity in those times but unfortunately all that was lost in sands of time with advent of kala yuga and advent of invasions and shackles of slavery and plunder for more than 1,000 years. The adoption of McCaulays system of modern education system has led to the demise of Gurukul system of education the former labeled our fruitful and secret sacred knowledge system as superstitious.”
Brahmasthan project to invoke positive cosmic energies
He further said that he has been working to address the faults of the Indian subcontinent and envisaged the Brahmasthan project. Under this project, with the government support, the Brahma- Bindu site of the country at Karundi in Madhya Pradesh will be activated and energized using vaastu rituals and technique. Thus invoking positive cosmic energies will benefit the whole of Bharat.

Dr Ravi Rao, a founding member of ‘Astro-Vaastu Research Foundation’, who has guided the planning for new parliament complex explained how vaastu shastra is an ancient sacred metaphysical system of Indian sculptural architecture, construction of houses, palace complexes, temples and even town planning. It is a scientific method based on directional and topographical study of the region and following rules of nature to harness positive energies and create positive vibes and create prosperous & harmonious abodes, he added.
Vaastu a expert Dr. Ravi Rao informed that if people also adopt this method in the construction of their dream home or business, it will definitely impact a positive effect on their lives and also give peace of mind. Vaastu is a completely scientifically proven method and there is no place for any kind of superstition.
Dr. Ravi Rao said, “Through this seminar I request the Government of India that like the Ministry of AYUSH they should also form a Ministry of Vaastu. It should be taught compulsorily in every educational institution right from schools and especially in schools of architecture and design.”
He further said, “We also work on Brahmasthan, a principle of Vedic architecture and community planning that designates the focal point of a building or geographical area. Vedic architecture is based on Vastushastra. Brahmasthan is a special central area in a building.”
