The Chennai chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI Chennai), is organizing the 15th edition of its flagship property and real estate exhibition “FAIRPRO 2023’’ from February 17 to 19 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam here.

Addressing the media here on Tuesday, P Kruthivas, Convener, FAIRPRO 2023 said, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin will officially inaugurate “FAIRPRO 2023’’.

Kruthivas said that the CREDAI Chennai chapter expected to generate over Rs 300 crore from the fair. FAIRPRO 2023, the most anticipated property event in the calendar of home buyers, real estate investors, developers and bankers will feature more than 70 developers showcasing nearly 15,000 dwelling units in the price range of Rs 20 Lakhs to Rs 10 Crores, catering to buyers from different segments with lucrative pricing and offerings across different size of house segments.

Home Loan Mela from Feb 10 to Feb 12 at Vijaya Mahal

Ahead of the FAIRPRO 2023, a home loan mela will be held between February 10 and February 12 at Vijaya Mahal, T Nagar where homebuyers can get their home loans pre-approved and avail  maximum funding from the participating banks and housing finance companies, he added.

S Sivagurunathan, President, CREDAI Chennai said, “All projects under FAIRPRO 2023 have received approval from and are registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA), giving homebuyers complete peace of mind. In light of this, the expo has gained recognition as “a very credible destination to buy a property with a wide variety of dwelling units/Plots/Commercial Spaces available to select from.”

This year, we are also exploring ways to enhance the occasion, strengthen our bonds and deepen our connection with all of our stakeholders who have reposed immense faith in us, thereby building business value added Sivagurunathan.

Actor Priya Bhavani Shankar, brand ambassador, FAIRPRO 2023 said, “I am extremely proud to be associated with the biggest property expo for real estate in Chennai that turns home seekers into home buyers. I would like to extend an invitation to all aspiring home buyers to visit and purchase homes in the most organized, transparent, and affordable manner possible.’’

State Bank Chief General Manager R Radhakrishnan said that the bank will offer a concession rate of interest by reducing the rate by .40 points.

He also dealt in length about the housing loan segment of the Banks and said the country’s largest banker has the market share of 25 per cent in home loan sector.

The official also poignant over the home loan demand and said the bank is expected to touch the magic figure of over Rs. 8000 crore disbursal this year in housing loan segment.

This year banks that are participating in FAIRPRO 2023 include State Bank of India, Indian Bank, HDFC Bank, Canara Bank, and ICICI Bank and LIC Housing Finance Limited.
