Besides 20 assembly seats (far less than it had pressed), the Kannyakumari Lok Sabha constituency was also allocated to BJP.
The agreement between the two parties was signed by AIADMK coordinator O Panneerselvam and joint coordinator Edappadi K Palaniswami along with TN BJP state president L Murugan and BJP state in- charge C T Ravi.
The ruling AIADMK said that it will work for the victory of BJP candidate in the Kannyakumari Lok Sabha seat, the statement said.
The list of constituencies is to be decided during the visit of BJP leader Amit Shah on Sunday, party sources said.
