Tamil Nadu Postal Circle on Thursday announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HDFC Bank to offer Bulk Registered Post Services, says a release of the Business Development Cell, Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle here.
“HDFC Bank has a long-standing relationship with Tamil Nadu Postal Circle. The bank avails various services offered by the Department of Posts. This partnership will enable HDFC Bank to effectively manage its extensive Registered post mailing needs,” the statement said.
Department of Posts has introduced a new scheme specifically designed for bulk customers who wish to use Registered post services. This newly introduced scheme aims to enhance the efficiency of handling high-volume Registered post mails thereby providing superior service to major organizations across the country, the statement added.
