Presiding over the celebration of World IVF Day with Awareness Session for Parents at SIMS Hospital, Vadapalani in Chennai, Ravi Pachamuthu said that every department in the hospital is performing well and giving their best.
“The management is on its part always ahead of the world in bringing world-class advanced medical equipments. The doctors working in SIMS are second to none as they are updating their knowledge in medical field every now and then. They are gaining knowledge in advanced treatments for various diseases from abroad,” Pachamuthu said.

Young couples who became parents through IVF treatments shared their emotional journey of their childbirth and how it changed their lives. It was a fun filled event with 30 miracle kids, who were born at SIMS Hospital participated in this event. A special cake cutting Ceremony was organized for these cute little kids born through IVF at SIMS hospital.
As per a recent statistics by National Family Health Survey -5, the total fertility rate in India has dipped from 2.2 to 2 owing to multiple factors related to our lifestyle and food etc. Infertility issues affect a lot of couples emotionally and they do fulfil their dreams of having kids through procedures like IVF.
