Air Marshal Manavendra Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, Indian Air Force visited Air Force Administrative College (AFAC) for two days, from Wednesday to Thursday, December 14 to 15, says a Defence release.

He was received by Air Commodore RV Ramkishore, Commandant, Air Force Administrative College. The AOC-in-C was presented with an impressive Guard of Honour by the air warriors on arrival.

In his course of visit, the Air Marshal reviewed the ongoing training, maintenance and administrative aspect of the College. A new building of Air Force Hospital was also inaugurated by the Air Marshal during his visit. Dr GS Sameeran District Collector and District Magistrate, Coimbatore and CEOs of reputed hospitals were also present during the inauguration ceremony.
During his address to station personnel, the AOC-in-C appreciated them for their continued efforts towards excellence in training. He exhorted everyone to continue exhibiting excellence for enhancing the operational capability of the IAF during this transformational phase.
