“Transformation begins with you. The future of India depends on your ability to adapt, innovate, and challenge the ordinary. Never underestimate the power of your curiosity—because curiosity is what builds nations.”
With these stirring words, B S Rao, Vice President (Digital & Strategy), Adani Group, ignited the spirit of more than 1,500 graduating students as he delivered a powerful pep talk at Indus University’s 10th Convocation Ceremony.

Calling upon students to seize the moment and redefine India’s progress, Rao urged,
“You are stepping into a world where technology, sustainability, and human values must go hand in hand. Don’t wait for opportunities—create them. And when you succeed, ensure your success uplifts many others.”
Guest of Honour’s message: Success needs character as much as talent
Guest of Honour Ashok Mehta, Founder and Chairman of Suchi Industries, encouraged graduates to merge ambition with values. He said, “Every achievement becomes meaningful only when it is rooted in perseverance, integrity, and responsibility.
