In a powerful step toward nurturing self-aware, value-driven leaders, I CAN I WILL Foundation and Unlimited Unnati, under the leadership of renowned business coach Shyam Taneja, launched TYCA – Transform Yourself, Create Abundance in Ahmedabad on Thursday.
The initiative is designed to help individuals evolve into impactful leaders through a unique process of introspection, powerful questioning, empathetic listening, and deep thinking — principles that Taneja has championed for over three decades in his mission to strengthen India’s entrepreneurial and leadership ecosystem.
Speaking at the launch, Shyam Taneja explained, “TYCA will create an abundance of health, happiness, and wealth. True transformation begins within — and this program is about enabling that inner shift.”
A Mission to ‘Build India’ through Self-Transformation
Founded in 1995, Unlimited Unnati and its not-for-profit arm, the I CAN I WILL Foundation, have worked tirelessly toward one goal — Build India by helping the MSME sector perform competitively and efficiently.
Taneja’s vision goes beyond business performance. The Foundation focuses on enhancing leadership and organizational culture by strengthening the ‘human element’ in business. “By helping Indian entrepreneurs perform better, we aim to make India a power to reckon with,” he said.
The first TYCA group comprises 12–13 leaders from diverse organizations who will undergo a year-long journey of growth and transformation, engaging in thought-provoking dialogues designed to shift mindsets and inspire meaningful action.
‘Hands-on Experience Beyond the Classroom’
When asked how TYCA differs from courses at elite institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, Taneja responded candidly:“Management institutes offer world-class education, but as a management coach, I provide hands-on experience — the kind that theory alone cannot impart.”
On whether digital transformation tools like AI or IoT would be part of the curriculum, he added, “The learners themselves have to pursue them. TYCA focuses on mindset transformation — once that happens, technology adoption becomes natural.”
A Legacy of Learning and Leadership
During the pandemic, the Foundation continued its mission by conducting free digital coaching sessions for over three years, helping thousands of entrepreneurs and professionals enhance both business performance and personal fulfillment.
Drawing from decades of coaching experience, Taneja highlights three core areas that hinder MSME growth — quality of questions, quality of listening, and depth of thinking — all of which TYCA directly addresses.
As Taneja sums up: “TYCA isn’t just a course; it’s a catalyst for change. When individuals transform, organizations transform — and through that, nations transform.”
